    To take advantage of Tilley’s Guarantee for Life, you must register your qualifying hat through the Tilley UK website within 90 days of purchase.
    Gather the following information to register your hat:
    1. The style, colour, and size of your Guaranteed for Life hat. If you’re not sure of your hat’s details, look on the hat hang tag or on the inside label.
    2. The name of the store you purchased your hat, the date of the purchase, and the transaction / reference number on the receipt. 
    3. If you don’t have one already, create an account on Tilley.com.  
    4.Once logged into your account, click on Hat Registration in the account dashboard.
    5.Fill in the registration form and submit.
    You will receive an on-screen message from Tilley UK confirming your registration.
    FAQ's
    To make the hat tighter :
    Spread the knots on the back cord as far as possible.
    Gently pull on the front cord until the back cord is taut (stretching from eyelet to eyelet).
    With the back cord behind your head, put the hat on and adjust the back cord to the desired tightness.
    To tuck away the cords inside the crown : 
    Slide the knots towards each other until they’re about two inches apart.
    With a flick of your wrist, plop the cords into the crown. You can also tuck part of the cord into the pocket in the crown.

    Care 
    Machine wash delicate or hand wash cold. Use mild detergent. Do not use softeners or bleach.
    Remove windcord and foam from crown pocket before washing.
    Reshape and air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

  • Free UK Delivery On Order Over £30
    Orders received BEFORE 3pm are usually dispatched the same day with Royal Mail using a 2nd Class delivery service (normally 2-3 working days). In most instances the order will be sent Tracked & Signed for, but occasionally smaller / lower value items, at our discretion, may be sent letter post
    Please note that a different delivery method, e.g Courier, may be used depending on the size/weight of your order and if so we will try to inform you before dispatch

    Next Day UK Delivery  £7.50
    Orders placed BEFORE 2pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day, usually by Royal Mail or occasionally by Courier and will require a signature. Any Next Day orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Please note any orders placed AFTER 2pm on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)

    Orders under £30 will be charged £4 for delivery in the UK(same conditions apply as for Free Delivery)

    As a busy independent retailer, very rarely we may not have the ordered item in stock. In this case we will inform you of the situation so you can decide how we proceed to your satisfaction. For example, the item may be on order from our supplier, Criterion will send a sleeping bag direct to the customer on our behalf (48 hour Parcel Force delivery)

    If you're returning an item because it's unwanted or you need to exchange it, we ask that you pay for the cost of return carriage. Exchanges for non-sale items will be sent free of charge. Standard delivery charges will apply to sale-item / special offer exchanges.
    All unwanted items must be new and unused, and with original labels attached, along with all receipts / proof of purchase. Please ensure the item(s) are packaged securely and suitably for transit
