Just add hot (or cold water, if necessary), seal the bag and wait to rehydrate
Highest calorie-to-weight ratio
Preparation:
Remove the oxygen absorber sachet from inside the pouch - the oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic.
DO NOT EAT the sachet
Slowly add hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag.
Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate
Note: Cold water will suffice, however the re-hydration time is longer.

The Expedition Foods meals labelled 'gluten free' contain 20 parts per million (ppm) or less of gluten and are suitable for coeliacs.

Orders received BEFORE 1pm on days we are open are usually dispatched the same day with Royal Mail using a 2nd Class delivery service (normally 2-3 working days).
As we are closed on a Tuesday, items ordered after 1pm on the proceeding Monday will not be posted until Wednesday afternoon

Orders over £20 will be sent Tracked & Signed For.
We will use Royal Mail or Parcelforce where applicable
Used depending on the size/weight of your order and if so we will try to inform you before dispatch.

Next Day UK Delivery £10.00
Orders placed BEFORE 1pm on days we are open will be dispatched the same day, usually by Royal Mail or occasionally by Courier and will require a signature. Any Next Day orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Please note any orders placed AFTER 1pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
