    The Connectic 5 is a brand new, unisex, heated glove from Racer
    It features a thermoregulated heating system, designed by the Racer in-house R&D team and, run a single, smart, button that connects together both gloves.
    There are 3 heating levels.
    Its high-performance insulation gives exceptional warmth and comfort, coupled with a waterproof membrane to keep your hand dry.
    You can pair the gloves with the RACER IWARM App to customise all settings!
    The way Racer heated gloves are manufactured means that you can heat the top, the most exposed area
    The inside of the fingers and palm are better protected
    The heating structure extends to the end of each finger and folds back slightly to ensure that the end of each finger heats up, this the area which is most sensitive and fragile

    A material that reacts to a variety of factors (outside temperature, climate, observing rechargin cycles, etc.), they should last 2 hours (for the highest intensity) and up to 4 hours 40 minutes (for the lowest intensity).
    Please note: using your gloves' boost mode will considerably reduce battery life.

    Recharge the battery of the heated gloves with this spe- cifically designed wall charger and let yourself be covered with comforting warmth

    Polymax® membrane, developed by Racer®, is a microporous system that permanently prevents water from entering through the glove fabric
    By preventing the chilly air from passing through the glove, it restricts the convective movement of heat.
    As a result, thermal conduction is reduced, as there is less contact with cold air

    Help & Info:
    If you are not going to use your heated gloves for more than 2 weeks, remove the 2 batteries and keep them away from moisture to optimize their service life.
    Tip: For best results, turn on your gloves five minutes before using them
    Do not put your gloves on a hot surface to dry them (wood-burning stove, fireplace, radiator, etc.)
    For the outside use a damp cloth as well as a mild soap
    To deodorize the interior, you can use non-allergenic essential oils for skin contact, or a deodorant/disinfectant spray like those used for shoes
    You can also place bamboo charcoal deodorizing pouches in the glove
    Your charger has a LED that changes  from red (flat batteries) to green (batteries charged >80%).
    Tip: In order to charge your batteries fully, Racer recommend leaving them on charge for 4/5 hours, even if the LED goes green
    Taking your batteries off charge early will reduce battery
    Racer recommend that you recharge your batteries ideally every 2/3 months
    When preparing to put your heated gloves away for a long period (>2 weeks), it is important to:
    1 - Set your batteries to a charge level of between 30 and 50%. This level is reached when the LED flashes green.
    2 - Store your batteries somewhere not subject to high temperatures (<25°C). The lower the room temperature, the better the storage/wintering conditions.e.
    3 - Carry out an operating cycle: Charge (100%) / Discharge (at 30/50% threshold)
    Tips: To limit the risk of runaway, degassing and ignition, store your batteries in a metal or PVC box.

    Orders received BEFORE 1pm on days we are open are usually dispatched the same day with Royal Mail using a 2nd Class delivery service (normally 2-3 working days).

    Orders over £30 will be sent Tracked & Signed For.

    Please note that a different delivery method, e.g Courier, may be used depending on the size/weight of your order and if so we will try to inform you before dispatch.

    Orders placed BEFORE 1pm on days we are open will be dispatched the same day, usually by Royal Mail or occasionally by Courier and will require a signature. Any Next Day orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Please note any orders placed AFTER 1pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

    As a busy independent retailer, very occassionally we may not have the ordered item in stock. In this case we will inform you of the situation so you can decide how we proceed to your satisfaction. For example, the item may be on order from our supplier, Criterion will send a sleeping bag direct to the customer on our behalf (48 hour Parcel Force delivery).

    If you're returning an item because it's unwanted or you need to exchange it, we ask that you pay for the cost of return carriage. Exchanges for non-sale items will be sent free of charge. Standard delivery charges will apply to sale-item / special offer exchanges.
    All unwanted items must be new and unused, and with original labels attached, along with all receipts / proof of purchase. Please ensure the item(s) are packaged securely and suitably for transit
